Welcome to Pawtraité (“we”, “us”, “our”). These policies govern your use of pawtraite.com and the purchase of our custom-made products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. PRODUCTS & CUSTOM ORDERS

Pawtraité creates custom-made pet portraits based on images uploaded by customers. All products are made to order and personalised.

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed, except where required by law or if the product is defective or incorrect.

Artworks are artistic interpretations and may vary slightly in colour, style, or detail. Such variations are not considered defects.

2. IMAGE UPLOADS & CONTENT RIGHTS

By uploading images to Pawtraité, you confirm that:
- You own the image or have permission to use it
- The image does not infringe on any third-party rights
- The image does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

You grant Pawtraité a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the uploaded images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for marketing examples unless you request otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that contain unsuitable content.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, taxes, duties, or charges imposed by their payment provider or local authorities.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Pawtraité is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind due to the personalised nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or correction where appropriate.
